2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

If you have purchased an electronic product, you will get instant access to the particular product, right after we confirm your payment and email address.

If you have purchased a membership on the site, you will get instant access to your membership program right after we confirm your payment and email address. If you’re setting your member access for the first time, you will need to create your login in order to have access to the site. If you’re a returning client, your new membership level will be updated within 2 business days.

If you have purchased a product that needs to be shipped to you, you will have 10 days to decide if you’d like to go ahead with your purchase. If you choose to cancel your order, we’ll cancel the shipping for you. If you choose to keep your product, your product will be shipped to you on the 11th day after the purchase unless otherwise specified on the site.

3. Refunds and Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee on Ebooks, Audios and Physical Products
If you are unhappy with a product within 30 days of purchase, please let us know at support@magneticlook.com and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Some products have longer guarantee, which is clearly mentioned on the product sales page. In such case longer guarantee is applied.

Policy on Teleclasses, Seminars, etc.
If Magnetic Look doesn’t deliver as promised on teleclasses, seminars and workshops, please submit your request for refund or site credit on in writing to support@magneticlook.com within 7 days of event.

Refund Policy on Site Membership
All information and benefits are presented in good faith. However, should we fail to deliver according to your satisfaction, please submit your request for refund at support@magneticlook.com within 7 days of purchase for a prorated refund or credit towards products or future classes.

Return & Refund Policy on Physical Products
If Magnetic Look doesn’t deliver on the physical product you have purchased from us, you will be able to return it to us within one (1) month from delivery date as soon as it is in a resalable condition. Please submit your request for refund at support@magneticlook.com within 1 month of product delivery for a shipping instructions and prorated refund or credit towards products or services.
