Small Biz Association is the place to be for all startups and small businesses in transition. Our mission is to inspire, empower and support small business owners in all areas of setting up and running a successful business. There are many places where you can get information to run your small business. In fact there’s way too many places and way too much information. That brings confusion, overwhelm and inactivity into your business and life. That’s why at Small Biz Association we decided to be different. We created a community, where you can get crystal clear on what exactly you need to do and where exactly you need to go if you want to set up and get your business going.
About the Founder
Silvia Pencak is the CEO of Magnetic Look, which focuses on helping, supporting and providing resources for small business owners and solopreneurs building attractive brands. For almost 10 years Silvia kept building successful venues in Europe and Canada. She understands that the power of branding, authenticity, relationship building and marketing efforts can make or break a successful business. Silvia shares her expertise online through her blog. Even though she worked with various types of small businesses, solopreneurs and non-profit organizations, she especially enjoys working with women entrepreneurs at all stages of business development from startups to multiple six figures business owners. How did you come up with the idea to start Small Biz Association?
I started and built couple businesses myself – offline and online and I understand the hassle of setting up the business and confusion of early stages. I’ve been supporting, training and coaching other business owners for couple years now and many times I’ve seen that there’s randomly a business that needs support in just 1 area. When you run a business, it’s a complex of things and working with experts in all these areas can be not only pretty expensive, but also time consuming. So I’ve been playing with the idea of joining some type of community where existing successful entrepreneurs help those who are just starting for some time now, but I couldn’t find one. That’s when I realized that I might just get some experts I know and trust and we can do it together. This is how the idea of Small Biz Association came to the life.
There are many community sites out there. What makes this one different?
First of all, Small Biz Association is not a community run by one person like many others. There are 11 industry leaders, each with specialty in different niche and passion to help you in your business growth. Every one of them is a person of value, person you can trust. I hand picked them myself to make sure you will get the best info available. They’ve built their own businesses and they understand how hard it is to get your business going. That’s why they decided to step in and bring you their expertise, niche specific information and resources. I’m proud and honored to bring these fantastic entrepreneurs to you and I know they will be glad to share their knowledge with you.
